All rentals are equipped with kitchenware, cable TV, washers/dryers and decks. Most have fireplaces, microwaves, DVDs and VCRs. Some of the units also feature screened in porches, whirlpool tubs and sleeper sofas. Each unit has an initial supply of bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and trash bags. Departure cleaning is included - any interim services are extra.  Most rentals require a two night minimum on weekends except where noted.  Please note one night rentals are at a slightly higher nightly rate.
