During the construction process the team at Dan DeJiacomo Custom Homes remains in close communication with the clients. Project Managers Richard Gayle and Woody Woodall keep the client up to date on the construction progress. Office Manager Angela Hopkins regularly communicates financial information with the client and guides the client through the custom interior selections process.

Dan DeJiacomo Custom Homes is a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home builders. In addition, Dan and Chad are also NAHB Certified Green Professionals that can assist with the design and construction of a home that uses less energy, water and natural resources; creates less waste; and is healthier and more comfortable for the occupants.

In 2005, Dan DeJiacomo Custom Homes participated in the Street of Dreams at Big Canoe and built the original award winning “Tranquility” house plan that has since been featured in numerous national publications.
