Bio on Dave O'Connor
Big Canoe Golf pro, Dave O'Connor, graduated from Rowan University witha
pre-law degree in 1977. After graduating, he was appointed Assistant
Professional at Errol State in 1978 until be began working with Arnold Palmer
at the Bay Hills Club in 1979. O'Connor worked at the Bay Hills Club for their
first 8 Bay Classic Tour Events and qualified to play in the Tour Event in
1984. In 1986, Arnold Palmer appointed him head Golf Professional at Isleworth,
Arnold's home course. Dave joined the Sconti Golf Club at Big Canoe as the Head
Pro in 1995.
