Accommodations
Overnight accommodations include privately owned one to five bedroom luxury homes, condominiums and villas. These are fully equipped and beautifully furnished with bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, kitchens (with china, glassware, cutlery, etc.), porches or decks.

Cleaning Service on departure is included in rental rates.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 4 p.m. and Check-out is 11 a.m. at the Reservations Office. The Chimneys at Big Canoe requires an advance notice of cancellation. Without the required 14 day notice, guests will forfeit 50% of total lodging.

Damages
Guest, by acceptance and occupancy of the unit, agrees to be responsible for any damages due to carelessness or negligence on the part of guest.

No pets and no smoking
All rental units are No Pets and No Smoking allowed.

Dress
Casual dress is the rule. If dining at The Clubhouse at Lake Sconti, the dress is Country Club Casual.

Vehicles
No motorcycles, motor homes or campers are allowed.
